Each guide explains one screen of the Labs.

Reading the Labs

The example notebook on the home page: experiments, states, owners.

Measurement

Morning run, gate, adoption.

Decision records

How to read a decision record.

Model card

What is sent, what is kept.

Changelog & roadmap

The example notebook's versions and quarters.

Requests & data

Deleting facts, data requests, wrong suggestions.

What SHIPPED, OPEN and SHELVED meanThe three states an experiment can be in on the example notebook, and what changes when one moves between them.LABS
Who owns an experimentOn the example notebook, every experiment lists the team responsible for its result.LABS
What is the morning runThe run that reads records every morning (10:00 Turkey time) and produces suggestions; new events are also checked every fifteen minutes.MEASUREMENT
Why an ungrounded suggestion is dropped at the gateA single suggestion without a traceable source voids the whole response of that run; nothing from it is saved.MEASUREMENT
How adoption is countedA suggestion counts as adopted once someone presses Benimse (Adopt) on its card; opening and reading it does not count.MEASUREMENT
How to read an ADREach decision record states what was chosen, what was rejected, and why.ADR
Why shelved decisions stay listedOn the example notebook, a shelved decision remains listed instead of disappearing from the record.ADR
What is sent to the modelRecent documents, upcoming and pending work, contacts from the last six months, facts in memory and recent suggestion titles. Internal notes, costs, margins and file contents are not sent.MODEL CARD
Why conversations are not storedIn the chat you pick a command and the answer is not written to the database; the last answer you can turn into work is kept only for the session. Facts in memory come from the morning run, not the chat.MODEL CARD
Turning B.O.S.S. off per appOn the Connections screen any app can be removed from B.O.S.S.'s view. Connected mail, calendar and file accounts are not covered by this setting, and who changed it is not recorded.MODEL CARD
Version numbers explainedThe version numbers on the example notebook show a convention; B.O.S.S. has no published version history yet.CHANGELOG
Why quarters, not datesOn the example notebook's roadmap, items are placed by quarter, not by a promised date.ROADMAP
Deleting a stored factUse "B.O.S.S. bunu unutsun" (Forget this) next to the fact in the memory list on the B.O.S.S. screen; the fact is deleted for good.DATA
Requesting your B.O.S.S. dataThere is no export yet. You can delete facts one by one and ask for your account data to be deleted the way the OVODOCK privacy notice describes.DATA
Reporting a wrong suggestionThere is no report button: you close the card with Kaldır (Dismiss) and the reason is not recorded. You can write to the lab about a suggestion whose source was wrong.DATA

AI DATA POLICY

What B.O.S.S. sees, keeps and never trains on.

A suggestion is produced from a context selected from your records: recent documents, upcoming and pending work, contacts from the last six months and the facts in memory. Internal notes, costs, margins and file contents are not sent. Nothing is used to train models.

Chat text is not stored; the one-sentence facts in memory come from the morning run.

Every stored fact can be deleted one by one from the B.O.S.S. screen.

Any app can be removed from B.O.S.S.'s view on the Connections screen; connected mail and calendar accounts are not covered by this setting.

SentSELECTED CONTEXT

Recent documents, upcoming and pending work, recent contacts, facts in memory.

Not sentNEVER

Internal notes, cost, margin, file contents, credentials.

TrainingNONE

No customer data is used to train or fine-tune any model.
